You acknowledge and agree:
1. You agree that You are solely responsible (and the provider of this Service - referred to as "we," "our" or "us" - has no responsibility to you or to any third-party) for any information, images, or posts that you create, transmit, or display or hyperlink to ("Content") while using the Service and for the consequences of your actions (including, without limitation, any loss or damage that we may suffer).
- You will abide by any third-party company policies and terms necessary in using our Service, such as, the terms of use of Facebook or Instagram or any other third-party terms of use, when providing Content to our Service.
- To the extent you have any rights in the Content, and unless and until you revoke your license in writing to us, you hereby grant us, without further consideration, a perpetual, world-wide license to use, post, amend, modify, and distribute the Content.
- The Content may be reviewed by us prior to posting it. This may delay the posting of it. And while we reserve the right to review, modify, and/or reject the Content in our sole discretion, we may not always do so. Regardless of such review, Section 1 through 3, above shall always apply.
Submitters agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the service commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to "Imaging for Life".
Submitters further grant to The Union and the Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with "Imaging for Life".
The Union and the Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital reserves the right to use any and all information related to "Imaging for Life", including information on entrants obtained through the "Imaging for Life" service, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
"Imaging for Life" and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, and/or The Union. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
UPICKEM and The Union are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
The Union reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
